This webinar introduces the PacTS4ALL Pilot Replication Guide: How to run tourism and training pilots in any destination, a practical and reader-friendly handbook designed to support destinations, VET and training providers and tourism stakeholders in implementing short, evidence-based pilot actions. Building on the Spanish pilot experience, the guide offers a clear step-by-step workflow (covering pilot design, preparation, delivery, and evaluation), so that organisations can define a realistic scope, adapt the approach to local conditions, and collect proportionate feedbacks. Participants will learn how to define a minimum viable pilot, adapt training or digital tools to local contexts, collect proportionate feedback, and translate pilot results into concrete decisions for improvement and potential scaling.
